Reiki I Certification

In this class, we will cover the history of Reiki, learn hand placements for self-healing, the "Dry bathing" technique to shed the day's energy that might be causing you to feel depleted, and learn how to cut cords that are keeping you unbalanced and align your chakras (energy fields within the body) and how to use crystals that enhance the healing process. Study manual and certificate of completion are included.
